Is GTA VI Getting DELAYED?

According to a social media post on the platform X, formally known as Twitter, Liam @billsyliamgta has written: "EXCLUSIVE: GTA VI has been internally delayed by Rockstar Games and they’re already decided on the early to mid-2026 release window. PC is planned for around 12 - 18 months after the console launch. This information comes from multiple devs across two studios."
Can we trust this information? Who are the supposed "multiple devs across two studios"? Which two studios? Is this just to build hype or an attention-grabbing marketing ploy?
Grand Theft Auto has not had a sequel since GTA V almost 11 years ago, which came out September 17, 2013. The first and only trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI was released in December 2023, and the game was slated to be released sometime in the Fall of 2025.

Little to no official news on any development status of GTA VI since the trailer in December 2023
Nearly every Rockstar title in history has been delayed
Seems all but confirmed that the PC version has also gotten a delay
Rockstar is HD remaking Max Payne 1 and 2 to potentially help pad time in between the release of GTA VI with extra content
The departure of former cofounder/head writer Dan Houser and former Rockstar North president Leslie Benzies could have caused a slight mix-up and overall delay in the development of GTA VI
Bloomberg reported that Rockstar games would mandate employees to work in-office 5 days a week, starting in April. This could be an indicator that GTA VI is falling behind schedule with the need for more focused "in-house" work
This news has fans a little confused and rightfully upset, as we've been waiting for what
